I am a fairly quiet and understanding person with the infinite capability to talk your ear off once I get to know you! I have an absolute love for bright, bold and colorful as well as the soft, muted sunny haze. Colors speak to me in a way most can’t understand until after the finished product is available to them. I love anything from modern to shabby to vintage chic, and I love to combine them for a completely new and wonderful look. I love fun and daring to sweet and whimsical and I am up for just about anything in your engagement/bridal/wedding session.
My family is my world! They are my inspiration and my reason for bettering myself and my work! I tend to try out many things with my family (my poor kids…) before even attempting to do something for a client. I like to be prepared in that aspect of the job. I currently specialize in all natural light photography, which means that your sessions can take place anywhere. Yes I said anywhere! This also gives me an advantage during a wedding that has restrictions on flash photography. While I have a wonderful speedlight, I do not rely on it and I know how to work with the light available to me. This allows me to create a mood for your portraits, and lets face it, who doesn’t want that romantic feel in their wedding portraits!?
